Multicellularity discussion group launches to a standing-room-only crowd

March 12, 2013

The UCSF Center for Systems and Synthetic Biology has launched a new discussion group on the topic of "multicellular systems biology."

By bringing together a diverse group of individuals – ranging from developmental and cancer biologists, to theorists and tool builders – we hope to catalyze conversation and the exchange of ideas between these traditionally separate groups. Our aim is to identify their commonalities under the umbrella of multicellular systems biology through the presentation of exciting science by students, postdocs, and faculty in the UCSF and Bay Area scientific community. The meetings will take place in GH/BH on the first Friday of the month at 1pm. Please contact Zev Gartner (This email address is being protected from spambots.
